Job Summary:


Duties:

• Manage all aspects of assigned properties
• Advertise and fill vacancies through various marketing channels
• Negotiate lease agreements and enforce terms of rental agreements
• Address tenant concerns and resolve conflicts in a timely and effective manner
• Oversee property maintenance, repairs, and renovations
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in property management or related field
• Kmowledge of property management principles and practices
• Strong organization skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer service
