Description

We are looking for a Full-time contractor or employee for a Systems Analyst role at one of our client site.

The project will allow DSHS to leverage the Moodle Learning Management System (LMS) supported by client Learning Resource Network.

Currently this LMS environment supports more than 31k external customers and some number of internal management education and ombudsman trainings.

The solution is scalable and allows the agency full control over the concept, configuration, design and maintenance of the solution and learning modules.


Skills(required):


  • Knowledge of learning design models and principles; instructional design principles and techniques
  • Knowledge of eLearning tools, learning management systems; programing languages
  • Knowledge of curriculum design
  • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership techniques, coordination of people and resources; of project management principles and practices
  • Knowledge of training and development procedures and techniques.
  • Knowledge and familiarity with data systems, processes and visualization tools.
  • Knowledge of public administration and management techniques.
  • Knowledge of program planning and implementation.
  • Knowledge of Project Management practices, principles, and processes.
  • Skill in using applicable software.
  • Skill in designing graphics and instructional content.
  • Skill in business, program, and systems analysis.
  • Skill in developing goals, objectives, and procedures to monitor and evaluate progress.
  • Skill in writing analyses, documentation, and reports.
  • Skill in organizing and presenting complex information to a variety of audiences verbally and in writing.
  • Skill in identifying problems, evaluating alternatives, and negotiating and implementing solutions.
  • Skill in translating complex technical information verbally and in writing for nontechnical audiences.
  • Ability to formulate learning objectives.
  • Ability to develop training objective.
  • Ability to evaluate the effectiveness of training.
  • Ability to assess training needs.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and effectively.
  • Ability to provide guidance to others.
  • Ability to prepare concise, accurate reports.
  • Ability to develop and evaluate policies and procedures.
  • Ability to write and revise standards and procedures.
  • Required four years' experience with authoring tools.

Skills(preferred):


  • Graduation from an accredited fouryear college or university with major course work in a field relevant to assignment is generally preferred.
  • Preferred minimum of four or more years' experience in the field of Learning Management System administration.
  • Preferred Business Analysis and or project management/project coordination experience.
