    Exciting Opportunity as a Founding Software Engineer

    Are you passionate about creating websites that continuously enhance their performance? Join us in developing a cutting-edge system that enables websites to adapt and improve, ultimately boosting conversions, sales, and revenue. By building this innovative platform, you'll be revolutionizing the way websites operate, eliminating the need for numerous engineers, designers, and data scientists. Our initial focus is on the vast eCommerce market, with plans for further expansion.

    What You'll Accomplish

    As a founding engineer, you will be responsible for designing, testing, and maintaining scalable systems that drive our platform's features. You'll have the freedom to explore various roles and take charge of technical decisions, shaping the team's future and the company's direction.

    Your Responsibilities Will Include
    • Creating a comprehensive database analyzing effective UI designs
    • Developing AI models to enhance website performance
    • Training and implementing LLMs
    • Building an extensive intelligence platform to support the AI models
    • Establishing a frontend (JS) experimentation framework for large-scale operations
    • Introducing processes to facilitate team growth
    • Executing short and long-term roadmaps while balancing business impact and quality standards

    Preferred Qualifications
    • Extensive experience in full-stack development (5+ years preferred)
    • Degree in computer science, engineering, math, or equivalent
    • Familiarity with Python, JS, AWS (preferred)
