As an onsite nurse at our renowned fertility clinic, you will have the rewarding opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of our patients.

In this role, you will work closely with our team of fertility specialists, providing exceptional patient care and support throughout their fertility journey.

DAY TO DAY AS A REGISTERED NURSE (RN):

As a new Registered Nurse (RN) at Texas Fertility Center, you can expect a dynamic and fulfilling role providing patient-centered care.

On a day-to-day basis, you will collaborate with our team of fertility specialists to deliver exceptional care to our patients by performing the following:

Educate patients about their infertility evaluations, medications, treatment protocols and procedures.
Coordinate patient treatment plans, provide injection training, and triage patient questions throughout their fertility treatment journey.
Ensure patient precycle requirements are met prior to starting treatment and maintain communication with them about their next steps in the process.
Collaborate with Physicians, IVF Lab, Surgery Center, and Billing teams to ensure a smooth treatment experience for the patient and clinic.
Assist Physician with lab reviews and patient communications.
Ensure all patient information is documented appropriately.
Administer injections as needed.
Establish a compassionate environment by providing emotional and psychological support to patients and their partners.
Other nursing duties as assigned.

Your expected schedule will be Monday through Friday, from 8:30am to 5:30pm, with a rotation for weekends and holidays.
