Consultant for Aptitude Assessment - East Lexington, United States - Omega Dynamics
Description
Your tasksYou accompany city-wide staffing procedures and advise
departments on questions of aptitude diagnostics (tests,
procedures and measuring instruments) especially for filling
department and division management positions, as well as for
internal further qualification measures
You design and develop modern instruments, guidelines
and handouts for aptitude diagnostics for leadership positions
You analyze trends and developments and adapt new
approaches of aptitude diagnostics into the city's concepts
You contribute to targeted knowledge transfer and advise
and enable employees in analytically based staffing procedures
You are available to departments with your competent advice
on an equal footing
You independently conduct seminars on personnel selection and aptitude diagnostics in the city's training program
and thus create the basis for a uniform, structured
and quality-assured approach to personnel selection
Your profile
You have a degree in (business) psychology (diploma or bachelor's or master's degree in psychology) and relevant professional experience in
personnel recruiting or a corresponding further education in the field of aptitude diagnostics
You have experience in designing, conducting and moderating test procedures, assessment centers and potential analyses
You already have first experience in conducting seminars and conveying specialist and method
