Responsibilities:


As an Analyst - Investor Services with Hines, you will be part of the global Investor Services team, within the Hines Investment Management platform.

You will be part of a team providing support to the Private Wealth Solutions (PWS) business, and will support Hines' capital raising efforts within all stages of investor engagement.

You will partner with other members of the Investor Services team to provide the support necessary to market the firm's products and platform. Contribute to the compliance submission and approval process alongside Investor Marketing; remain knowledgeable of requirements established by Hines compliance, external counsel, FINRA, SEC, and state regulatory authorities.- Provide content support for core proprietary events essential to Hines' presence with Financial Professionals, Registered Investment Advisors, and investors; collaborate with Investor Marketing and other members of the team to execute critical activities- Assist with maintaining our CRM, analyzing data and help create reports to track prospects and investment opportunities- Proactively bring new ideas to the Investor Services team, focusing on how to consistently deliver relevant, timely value-add content and processes to benefit our financial professional partners and investors- Assist with the expansion of the firm's investor base through researching new investors and monitor the competitive fund environment- Make use of internal training materials and guidance from assigned mentors, in order to educate yourself on Hines' platform, strategies, and products; utilize this knowledge to create new content in the form of product marketing materials.- Embrace the use of technology, tools, and processes in order to co-create best practices for the team, while remaining nimble and efficient in our support of global capital raising efforts.


Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required, with a degree in business administration or related discipline
  • Two or more years of related experience, preferably in investor services, sales enablement or marketing
  • Financial services, capital markets, and/or real estate experience preferred
  • Evidence of high attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive, cando, problem solver attitude
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently in a deadlinedrive environment
  • Strong collaboration skills, evidenced by a team player mindset
  • Advanced proficiency with MS product suite
  • Ability to analyze and interpret various types of data from a strategic point of view, in order to draw conclusions and solve problems.
  • Experience with CRM systems, and content management software is a plus
  • Willingness to quickly learn new software/technology platforms
