Immediate need for a talented Desktop Support Technician. This is a 03+ months contract role with long-term potential and is located in Norwich, NY(Onsite). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $22.00 /hr -$23.00/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

Top 2 Skills Deskside, and Customer Service
Shift M-F 8 am-5 PM CST
Deskside role troubleshooting of hardware and software images, IMAC tasks, no on-call.
A+ certification is a plus, experience a minimum of 2 years experience.
Maintains, analyses, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware, and computer peripherals.
Documents, maintains, upgrades, or replaces hardware and software systems.
Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security, and systems groups.
Trains employees, identifies, analyses, and repairs product failures, orders and replaces parts as needed.
Determines and recommends which products or services best fit the customers' needs.
Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
