Key Responsibilities:
- Execute outbound calls daily to generate new leads
- Identify and qualify potential B2B and B2C customers, understanding their unique needs and requirements related to fitness equipment.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features, benefits, and value proposition of our fitness equipment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create customized solutions and proposals that meet the specific needs of each customer.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including customer service, logistics, and operations, to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Provide postsales support and followup to ensure customer satisfaction, address any concerns or issues, and cultivate longterm relationships.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and generate accurate sales reports and forecasts.
- Experience in connecting / selling to multiunit or new home build developers is highly desirable.
Required Experience
- Minimum 2 years experience in inside/phone sales
- General knowledge & experience with commercial fitness equipment (personal training / fitness instructor experience a plus)
- Proven track record of pipeline development and closing sales
- Solid time management skills and organization
- Strong relationship building skills when working with customers, prospects and internal colleagues
- A growth mindset, self starter and a self learner
- A thorough understanding of the sales process, and ability to progress and quarterback complex sales cycles
- Impactful and interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to adapt to a rapid & constantly changing environment
- The drive to contribute, grow and make an impact on a rapidly growing department and company

Job Type:
Full-time (incl at least 1 weekend shift). Hybrid/Remote.
Salary:
$55, $100, per year
Base + Commission - Up to six sigures and beyond
