We are currently looking to fill an
Office Administrative Assistant/Inventory specialist role. This position will assist the office, sales, and operations personnel. This position is also responsible for maintaining inventory and reconciling returned truck inventory in a timely and accurate manor. This is a PART-TIME (may become full-time) hourly position with an average work week of 25-28 hours in office.

Position is 4 days per week. Must be dependable, organized, flexible & able to work unsupervised. Starting pay range $ per hour. Monday,Tuesday,Thursday,Friday 10:00am - 5:00pm.

  • Computer literate (Microsoft programs and Excel).
  • Driver's license.

Responsibilities:


  • Handling incoming calls and other communications.
  • Managing filing system.
  • Recording information as needed.
  • Confirm invoices.
  • Greeting clients and visitors as needed.
  • Updating paperwork, maintaining documents.
  • Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
  • Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
  • Maintaining supply inventory.
  • Maintaining office equipment as needed.
  • Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.
  • Inventory Control
  • Route Reconciliation
  • Scanning of invoices to respective suppliers
  • Collating and filing billing invoices
  • Monthly reports related to the division
  • Perform daily inventory counts in assigned warehouses
  • Research and resolve inventory discrepancies
  • Responsible for daily writeoffs to adjust inventory
  • Collaborate with Warehouse Management to resolve inventory issues
  • Audit inventory related procedures to ensure compliance in:
  • Receiving
  • Delivery
  • Preparing paperwork for Night shift loading
  • Verify and update UPC Code information in database
  • Process and track inventory affecting adjustments
  • Analyze information gathered in order to identify root causes of inventory discrepancies
Route Reconciliation will consist of reconciling the routes of our snack drivers as they return from routes.
Audit product returns against adjustments on customer invoices to ensure accuracy of product counts upon return. Review route driver paperwork to ensure drivers are performing cash handling procedures according to operational guidelines.
Perform daily posting of money received from drivers to A/R
Inventory Control will consist of counting, monitoring, auditing and documenting inventory.

From $17.00 per hour
