    Description

    Join Our Team as a Lead Production Supervision Manager!

    The company is looking for a proactive Lead Production Supervision Manager to oversee Plant 4, Blue Cell, and Green Cell product lines, shared services, and NDT testing. As the Lead Production Supervision Manager for 3rd Shift, you will play a vital role in ensuring the reliability and consistency of the production lines.

    Job Description

    • Oversight and management of front-line manufacturing employees, focusing on safety, quality, delivery, and cost metrics.
    • Developing a deep understanding of a technical discipline and applying this knowledge to drive operational excellence.
    • Using judgment to make informed decisions and solve problems efficiently, especially during off-shift hours.
    • Providing guidance and mentorship to new team members to foster a collaborative work environment.
    • Required Qualifications
      - Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing or equivalent experience.
      - At least 3 years of experience in Production, Manufacturing, or Supervision.
