Description

Norex is looking for full-time Data Entry Clerks to work under general supervision in performing routine clerical work to assist the Engineering and Field Services Departments.

Must be able to perform a full range of duties in maintaining accurate and complete records within a framework of established procedures with only occasional instruction or assistance.

• Enter data into databases accurately and efficiently
• Transcribe information from electronic and/or paper documents
• Perform basic math calculations to ensure accuracy of data entry
• File and organize electronic documents as needed
• Provide general clerical support to the office
• Verify entered data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data
• Accurately create and update records
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Coordinate with engineering and inspection departments
• Maintain customers and colleague relationships
• Working knowledge of office equipment
• Provide general clerical support to the office
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and Excel required

• Position is located at the client site
• Work is conducted in a semiprivate office/cubicle setting
