Position Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with cleaning crews for service appointments
- Manage client accounts and invoicing using Jobber and QuickBooks Online
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely resolution
- Collaborate with the cleaning team to address scheduling conflicts and logístical issues
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and office space
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Spanish (both verbal and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with Jobber and QuickBooks Online is required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Problemsolving skills and a proactive approach to addressing issues
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Good memory and ability to recall important information
Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
