Position Overview:


Responsibilities:


  • Welcome clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate with cleaning crews for service appointments
  • Manage client accounts and invoicing using Jobber and QuickBooks Online
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies
  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely resolution
  • Collaborate with the cleaning team to address scheduling conflicts and logístical issues
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and office space

Qualifications:


  • Fluent in Spanish (both verbal and written)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with Jobber and QuickBooks Online is required
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Problemsolving skills and a proactive approach to addressing issues
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Good memory and ability to recall important information

Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
