Job summary
This position is responsible for the day-to-day activities of assigned accounts. Conduct compliance monitoring quality checks, identify violations for optimization of software for each assigned account, conduct remediation to resolve compliance issues.
Responsibilities
- Gain knowledge of industry guidelines across all the industries we serve
- Compile data and prepare reports in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Keep documents up to date
- Achieve daily weekly and monthly client benchmarks and goals
