The nurse manager plats a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, leads the clinical staff and work alongside the Practice Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Provide clinical leadership, ensuring adherence to best practices and evidence-based care.
  • Collaborate with the Practice Manager to optimize patient outcomes and ensure a safe and efficient patient environment.
  • Oversee daytoday clinical operations of the ASCs, OBL, and Clinics.
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with regulatory standards, accreditation requirements, and licensing guidelines.
  • Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor clinical team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to enhance individual and team performance.
  • Collaborate with the Practice Manager to manage medical supply inventory.
  • Identify costsaving opportunities and ensure efficient resource utilization.
  • Advocate for patient needs and rights, ensuring patientcentered approach in all aspects of care delivery.
  • Collaborate with the Practice Manager to address and resolve patient concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration among interdisciplinary teams.
  • Act as a liaison between clinical staff and upper management, promoting a positive and transparent work environment.
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
  • Minimum of 10 years of nursing experience, with a proven track record of leadership.
  • Experience in an ambulatory surgery setting preferred.
  • Experience in vascular and wound care is a plus, but not required.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problemsolving skills.
  • Personnel management experience and process improvement required.

Pay:
$125, $150,000.00 per year
