Position Summary:


As Director of Product Marketing at Empower, your leadership will catalyze the innovative development and successful market launch of our diverse product portfolio.

Reporting to the Chief Sales & Marketing Officer, you will spearhead our efforts from concept to commercialization, ensuring that our products not only meet market demands but also align with Empower's strategic vision.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Leads the product marketing strategy, from product conception through commercialization, ensuring alignment with market needs and strategic objectives.
  • Collaborates closely with product development teams to ensure that customer insights are integrated into product design and development processes.
  • Drives product positioning, messaging, and adherence to brand to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products to target audiences.
  • Oversee the management of product labels in coordination with other functional groups, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and consistency with brand standards.
  • Leads the development of product marketing assets, including product catalogs, sales materials, and digital content, to support sales efforts and drive demand.
  • Partners with the campaign team to develop gotomarket strategies for new products, leveraging market insights and customer feedback to inform marketing campaigns.
  • Drives innovation in product marketing processes and tools, continuously seeking ways to optimize and streamline workflows.
  • Implements rigorous measurement and reporting processes to evaluate the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
  • Fosters a culture of collaboration and excellence within the product marketing team, empowering team members to excel and innovate in their roles.
  • Partners with department leadership to evaluate headcount needs.
  • Provides leadership, feedback, guidance, and mentorship to the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and highperformance work environment.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing, and leverage insights to drive continuous improvement and innovation in marketing. campaigns.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 812 years of experience in product marketing, with a track record of success in bringing innovative products to market.
  • Experience leading crossfunctional teams in product development and commercialization processes.
  • Experience managing product marketing assets, such as labels, catalogs, and sales materials.
