- Ensure lab and equipment cleanliness at all times including storage room.
- Assists in preparing and shipping prototypes to customers.
- Maintains lab equipment and ensures they are all in good working conditions at all times.
- Maintains lab supplies and ensures available supplies at all times.
- Coordinates tasting session.
- Sets up flavors and other ingredients for screening and evaluation.
- Independently operate different equipment in the lab to make prototypes/samples.
- Perform analytical tests to validate product attributes.
- Create PO's and submit invoices.
- Ability to develop SOP's that are comprehendible to team members.
- Provide recommendation/discrepancies with lab work.
- Provide lab safety training for new team members and visitors.
- Understand and follow plant safety rules including safe lifting practices and safe machine operation.
- Able to communicate and work well with people on all levels in the organization.

- 2 Years – Experience managing people/projects
- Minimum Required:
- High School Diploma
- Strongly Preferred:
- Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Engineer, Biology, Micro Biology, Chemistry, or other related field
