Introduction:

To expand our project team, we are looking for you to join SPIE Efficient Facilities GmbH in Hackensack immediately as

Responsibilities:

  • Independent inspections, maintenance, and testing of building technical systems (e.g. heating / air conditioning / ventilation / plumbing)
  • Customer-oriented troubleshooting, as well as proactive repairs and maintenance
  • Accompaniment and support in technical operations for clients
  • Digital documentation of performed tasks via mobile devices (e.g. maintenance logs)
  • Availability for on-call and emergency services

Your Profile:

  • Training as a HVAC technician / mechatronics technician for refrigeration / central heating and ventilation builder / gas and water installer or equivalent qualification
  • Customer-oriented, dedicated employees who value teamwork and reliability
  • Ideally with some professional experience, but also open to entry-level candidates with a desire for further training
  • Minimum German language proficiency at level B2 and a valid driver's license
