    Job Location: Quad Cities Territory

    Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm

    Access Systems, a dynamic and fast-growing technology company, is actively hiring a Senior Sales Representative. You will manage a local sales territory and work with various businesses to identify and close new accounts—make up to $80k your first year and $100k within 2-3 years

    What You'll Be Doing as a Sales Representative:

    • Driving sales growth by analyzing current office technology and proposing custom solutions.
    • Ensuring outstanding customer service through regular client account management.
    • Engaging with potential customers to understand their needs and present suitable products or services by Access.
    • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations to clients.
    • Skillfully negotiate terms and close deals with clients to meet and exceed sales targets.

    What We're Looking for in a Sales Representative:

    • 1+ years of inside, B2C, or B2B sales experience; prospecting and technology knowledge is a plus.
    • Individuals who are competitive, ambitious, and have a desire to meet and exceed goals.
    • Ability to take the initiative to go out and be assertive while having charisma.
    • Strong customer service, communication skills, and relationship maintenance.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
