SPARTANBURG, SC AREA CAR DEALER needs a
SERVICE ADVISOR for our expanding Service Department We have a brand new fast-growing facility with a high volume of work and are looking to expand our service offerings and expertise. This is a great career opportunity.


Service Advisor - Job Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist them with any requests/inquiries.
• Consult with customer on service needs, recommendations, and applicable service specials.
• Document services recommended and/or declined and ask for follow up on future service considerations.
• Keep customer informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes.
• Remain involved with the delivery of the vehicle to the customer upon completion to assure all customer concerns are addressed.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether by phone or in person, to assure the customer has a positive service experience.
• Build strong relationships with the customers.

Service Advisor - Requirements:

• Able to work efficiently and multitask in a fastpaced environment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills are paramount.
• Must have computer/iPad or tablet proficiency.
• Valid Driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass background and drug checks.
