We are an established relationship counseling agency in the German-speaking region (DACH) with a strong client base and nearly 20 employees (coaches, creatives, internal staff).

We work with a large number of clients on a daily basis.

In addition, we have a highly successful blog and growing social media channels including YouTube (89K), Instagram (58K), TikTok (296K), and a podcast (50K).

All of this is produced in our own studio by dedicated employees. We regularly participate in interviews on radio, newspapers, and television.

We are urgently seeking a Bookkeeper/Accountant to join our team in Woodside, DE.

Your responsibilities:

You will be responsible for the bookkeeping and preparation of financial reports for our small business.
You will monitor income and expenses, including account reconciliations and cash bookkeeping.
You will prepare monthly and annual financial statements.
You will handle accounts payable and receivable, as well as travel expense reports.
You will maintain and manage assets and liabilities.
You will communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including tax advisors.
You will ensure compliance with legal regulations and internal policies.
You will continuously optimize accounting processes and systems.

Your requirements:

You enjoy working with numbers and have a strong attention to detail.
You have a degree or certification in accounting, finance, or a related field, or you have proven experience in bookkeeping for small businesses.
You are familiar with common accounting
