Responsibilities:

Identify and engage with potential clients, including seniors and their families, in the Southwest valley area
Build and maintain relationships with local healthcare providers, senior centers, and community organizations
Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive growth and increase client referrals
Conduct presentations and educational sessions to promote the services offered by Home Instead
Collaborate with the team to develop marketing strategies and initiatives
Stay uptodate with industry trends and competitor activities

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the healthcare or senior care industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong networking and relationshipbuilding abilities
Selfmotivated and resultsoriented
Sales Force Experience
Knowledge of the Southwest valley area is a plus
