Your tasks:

  • Ensuring the proper technical condition of the properties under your care
  • Inspection, maintenance, and repair work on technical systems in the areas of heating, plumbing, air conditioning, as well as refrigeration and compressed air technology
  • Independent troubleshooting and optimization of operations in the properties
  • Creation and documentation of daily work performance using mobile devices
