Details:

Making outbound calls to 'onboard' new customers into Connection's Small Business Program, including set-up on the Small Business Web Center and Net terms accounts.
Prospect new Small Business opportunities from pool of targeted leads provided.
Handle incoming calls from targed Small Business Customers.
Respond to 'QuickQuotes' and information requests from customers through the Web Center, or directly.
Ensure account retention and growth by communicating with 'OnBoarded' customers to sell additional products, services or new programs as a means of penetrating and developing long term account relationships.
