**The Dandelion**, a sophisticated homage to the British pub serving updated seasonal takes on U.K. cuisine, located just steps from Philadelphias bustling Rittenhouse Square. Patrons relax with a rare cask ale by the brick fireplace, taking afternoon tea in the Victorian-style dining room or enjoying our famous burger in the ruff-and-tumble Dog Room. The menu, features beloved classics like Welsh rarebit, fish and chips, shepherds pie and a U.K. cheese board, and other unexpected surprises.

**Qualified candidates will have:**

2+ years of experience as a Sous Chef, Exec Sous Chef or CDC in a well-rated, high volume restaurant

Prior experience training and mentoring a hourly line cook team

Past experience ordering food, working with vendors, and invoicing

Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead-by-example

Associate degree from a culinary focused university preferred
