We are seeking **PART-TIME PM PASTRY ASSISTANT** with a positive attitude

**Qualified Candidates will have:**

1+ years of experience as a Pastry Cook/Assistant in a well-rated restaurant

Well-rounded pastry experience including plating, assembling, tempering chocolate, baking cakes, making ice cream, etc.

Experience working with seasonal ingredients and a revolving menu

Ability to work from prep to service seamlessly

Culinary degree in Baking and/or Pastry Arts preferred

Part-time PM availability is a MUST
