Le Parfait Paris in San Diego, CA is looking for a baker to join our strong team. We are located on 4564 Alvarado Canyon Road Suite G. We are an authentic French Bakery and Pastry Company. We make absolutely everything from scratch and fresh everyday.

Full Time:

*shifts from 8:30am to 5:00pm *2 days off in a row *POSITION AVAILABLE NOW *Free parking

Responsibilities
*Assisting in the croissant production department *Follow recipes *Laminate from scratch croissant dough *Roll, knead, cut, or shape dough to form baguettes, loafs, croissants, cookies, danishes... *Set oven temperatures and monitor or modify as needed *Clean and sanitize workstation and equipment

Qualifications
*At Least 1 year of relevant PROFESSIONAL experience *Attention to detail in all aspects of baking *Dedicated to working as a team towards one goal
