We are looking for a Trainee Regional Manager (m/f/d) for the Argentum Care Group nationwide, starting as soon as possible.

What you will be doing

As a Regional Manager (m/f/d), it is your personal responsibility to ensure and continuously develop our nursing and care services together with the facility managers - because we strive to create the highest quality of care in Germany.

Overall economic and organizational responsibility for our locations
Coordination of daytoday operations as well as planning and management of resources
Trusting, transparent, respectful, and performanceenhancing personnel management
Development of new business areas and regional networks in the healthcare sector
Optimization and further development of crossdepartmental and crosslocation processes
