    Position at SBM Management SBM Management is looking for a Custodian to help them shine We are searching for a hardworking dependable individual to join the team as our company continues to grow We have an immediate opening for a custodian that wants to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.

    ResponsibilitiesFloor care (vacuuming, mopping, carpet spotting)


    Surface care (dusting, sanitizing, glass/mirror/window cleaning, metal/wood polishing, clean blinds and draperies)Waste removal (empty trash and recycle bins, transport trash and waste to proper disposal areas)Light maintenance (replace light bulbs, restock supply cabinet/room)QualificationsCustodial experience is preferred but not requiredPassing a drug test and background check will be requiredOnline safety courses prior to site entryAvailable Shift:1st Shift: M-F 6am-2:30pm 2nd shift: M-F 2:30pm-11pm Compensation: The starting pay range for this position is $19.00-$19.50 per hourSBM Management Services, LP and its affiliates are proud to be equal-opportunity workplaces.
