Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team.

As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our establishment, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a positive work environment.

This is a key leadership role that requires strong communication and organizational skills.


Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance and support to team members during shifts
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
• Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy of transactions
• Assign tasks and oversee production to standards
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations
• Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving operations

Experience:

• Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably in the grocery industry
• Strong knowledge of food handling techniques and safety regulations
• Proficiency in using POS systems for order processing and cash handling
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
