    COSMEDIX FIELD EXECUTIVE

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    As a Field Executive at COSMEDIX, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our Professional Spa and Medical-Spa Partners, with an equal focus on opening new business. You will be responsible for driving sales, promoting our products, and representing our brand in the field. The Field Executive must have a polished and professional presence, possess industry and brand knowledge, and offer building strategies.

    The ideal candidate shines in a dynamic environment, has a strong sense of initiative, and demonstrates clear and effective communication. This is an excellent opportunity for an energetic and results-driven professional to make a significant impact on the growth of COSMEDIX. Your role as a Field Sales Account Executive is not just about selling skincare products; it's about building trust, delivering outstanding service, and making a real difference in the lives of our clients.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    1. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized product recommendations. Leverage the CRM platform to ensure all customers and leads are engaged in a timely manner.
    2. Sales Generation: Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and sales efforts, including cold-calling, product demonstrations, and product knowledge presentations.
    3. Sales Prospecting & Market Analysis: Identify potential customers through market research and competitive analysis and manage your assigned territory, including planning and organizing daily sales activities, product promotions, and client visits.
    4. Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and brand and stay up to date on our product offerings to be able to provide detailed information, benefits, and solutions to potential clients.
    5. Sales Presentations: Whether in person or through virtual channels, conduct engaging and informative sales presentations that articulate the value of our products and address client needs effectively.
    6. Sales Closing: Successfully guide leads through the sales process, overcome objections, address concerns, and ultimately close deals to achieve or exceed sales goals.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    · Proven success in field sales within the professional skincare industry

    · Licensed Esthetician with a deep understanding of skincare treatments, ingredients, and industry trends.

    · CRM experience with the management of the lead-prospect-conversion process.

    · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

    · Strategic thinker that is motivated, results-oriented, resilient, and a self-starter.

    · Strong organizational and time management skills.

    · Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

    · Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections.

    · Proactive and adaptable with a commitment to excellence.

    · Travel: 75% travel required within the Texas territory

    Experience Requirements:

    · Professional B2B Skincare Sales

    · Licensed skincare professional referred, but not required
