OM Logistik (m/w/d) in Scandia, KS

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • You will coordinate between the departments of the printing center, editorial team, inserts, and shipping
  • You will create quotes, delivery notes, invoices, and various evaluations, as well as record change notifications
  • You will manage the volume planning and organization of magazine deliveries
  • You will participate in payroll processing and record data for our delivery staff payroll, including all pre and postprocessing
  • You will oversee shipping and create tour plans and lists
  • You will handle complaints and implement measures to prevent them
  • You will be the point of contact for area managers, dealers, and wholesalers

  • You possess strong communication and teamwork skills, combined with a confident demeanor when dealing with external partners
