Schwarz Mobility Solutions (SMS) is the service provider, solution and system provider for all mobility issues of the companies within the Schwarz Group. This includes group-wide fleet and travel management as well as the implementation of additional mobility solutions for employees and customers.

Your Responsibilities

  • Central point of contact for our own fleet
  • Support for the nationwide hotline of Schwarz Mobility Solutions
  • Recording and processing of incoming inquiries in our ticket system
  • Management and processing of damages to our company vehicles, such as:
    • Repair approvals
    • Coordination in case of repair rejections
    • Invoice verification
    • Complaints
  • Coordination of transport damages

Your Profile

  • Successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
  • Experience in customer service/hotline is desirable
  • Enjoy talking on the phone, sociable and friendly
  • Organizational talent and structured way of working
  • Strong customer and service orientation, excellent communication skills, flexibility and a true team player
  • Interest in mobility and solid knowledge of MS Office applications
