    What You'll Do: As our Corporate Tax Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing and maintaining corporate tax compliance. Your responsibilities will include:

    • Preparing all ASC740 tax provisions and handling deferred tax, tax footnote, and tax disclosure work at year-end.
    • Collaborating closely with external auditors to ensure compliance and accuracy.
    • Assisting in the development of internal controls and conducting FIN 48 analysis and documentation.
    • Calculating and paying federal, state, and capital taxes, and creating and monitoring the tax filing calendar.
    • Preparing federal and state extensions, researching new tax regulations, and creating models to drive tax improvement.

    What You Bring: We're seeking a qualified candidate with:

    • A minimum of 5+ years of corporate tax experience, with a strong understanding of large company tax requirements.
    • CPA and/or MST certification required, demonstrating your expertise in tax management.
    • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex tax regulations and requirements.
