    PrideStaff has partnered with a client who is looking to add an Executive Recruiter to their corporate recruiting team. This client is in the home building industry and will require industry knowledge for their Recruiter (whether that be recruiting for field or corporate roles).

    Our client is seeking a driven and resourceful Executive Recruiter to join their growing team. In this critical role, you will partner with decision makers to understand their unique needs and then leverage your deep industry knowledge and extensive network to identify, attract, and secure top-tier talent.

    Responsibilities:

    • Partner with senior leadership to understand their hiring needs, company culture, and ideal candidate profile.
    • Conduct in-depth research on target industries, competitors, and the current market landscape.
    • Develop and execute comprehensive search strategies to identify high-potential candidates through various channels.
    • Conduct confidential interviews, assess qualifications, and evaluate cultural fit.
    • Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and placement.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates, fostering trust and acting as a trusted advisor.
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, compensation packages, and best practices in executive search.

    Qualifications:

    • Deep industry knowledge and a passion for the specific industry is required (construction, home building)
    • Minimum 5+ years of experience in executive search or a related field.
    • Proven track record of successfully placing high-level executives in relevant industries.
    • Strong understanding of the executive search landscape and recruitment methodologies.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
    • Superior research and analytical abilities.
    • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
