The Department of Planning and Construction at the Real Estate Management division is currently seeking a permanent position for a Dipl.

Engineer (FH/TH) or Bachelor of Engineering in the field of Building Services Engineering or Facility Management (E 12 TV-G-U). The salary will be determined according to the job requirements of the collective agreement for the Goethe University (TV-G-U). If the personal qualifications do not meet the requirements of the collective agreement, the salary will be determined according to the next lower pay grade as per EGO TV-G

Responsibilities:
The main tasks include managing construction projects in the field of "Technical Equipment (TA)" in university buildings. You will work on the performance phases of the HOAI for heating, plumbing, and ventilation systems. If necessary, you will involve external engineering firms and take on the role of the client. You will work in an experienced engineering team in the field of technology and construction.
