What can you expect?
- You will conduct requirements engineering for digitalization projects in the healthcare sector using agile and traditional methods, and refine the requirements with stakeholders
- You will be the point of contact for one or more products in the field of statutory health insurance, therefore you will be in direct communication with our customers, the operating team, and the support team
- You will support our development team in the technical implementation of functional processes by designing interfaces and workflows
- You will identify opportunities for further development and new usage scenarios, and provide advice on optimizations
- You will coordinate with our development, quality assurance, documentation, and operations teams using your expertise in the field
What should you bring?
- You have a degree or training in the field of statutory health insurance, social security, or computer science
- You have a technical understanding and can demonstrate professional experience in product management and software development processes, preferably in the healthcare sector
- You have strong analytical skills and a structured approach to completing tasks
- You are committed to continuous learning and thrive on new challenges
- You have excellent communication skills and can maintain an overview even in hectic situations
- You have fluent German language skills in both written and spoken form
