Attracting highly qualified employees, systematically promoting them, and preparing them for leadership roles is one of the most important tasks to ensure long-term success and is a matter close to our hearts.

That's why we are launching our Vitos Trainee Program in Healthcare once again.

Your responsibilities
In our trainee program, you will be prepared for your career in the Vitos group over 18 months.

After a short orientation phase, where you will have the opportunity to get to know the Vitos group through internships, the qualification phase begins, where you will rotate through various departments in the company of your choice.

As part of the program, you will exchange ideas with other trainees and receive training on various topics.

You will be accompanied by an experienced leader who will serve as your mentor and work with you to tailor your trainee plan based on your individual interests and abilities, involve you in exciting projects, and provide regular feedback.

Your profile
You have completed a degree in business administration, preferably with a focus on healthcare/hospital management
