Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet quality standards and specifications. Your role will involve conducting inspections, analyzing data, and implementing quality control measures.


Duties:


  • Perform quality inspections on incoming materials, inprocess production, and finished products
  • Conduct visual inspections, measurements, and tests using tools such as micrometers and coordinate measuring machines
  • Analyze data and test results to identify trends or areas for improvement
  • Document inspection findings and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
  • Conduct quality audits to ensure compliance with internal procedures and industry regulations
  • Assist in the development and implementation of quality management systems
  • Monitor adherence to HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) and FDA regulations

Experience:


  • Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Inspector or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of quality control principles and practices
  • Proficient in data collection, analysis, and reporting
  • Familiarity with measurement tools such as micrometers and coordinate measuring machines
  • Understanding of HACCP and FDA regulations
  • Excellent attention to detail and problemsolving skills
