Our client, Afinitas Group, is a globally operating company in infrastructure technology. At the location in Ypsilanti near Ann Arbor, over 60 dedicated employees develop, design, and manufacture high-quality machines and equipment for the construction industry.

Your role

  • You will develop and design custom solutions based on existing equipment modules.
  • You will support our Capitan production facility, where individual forms can be milled from Styrofoam in series. As the first point of contact, you will assist our customers in handling and optimizing the machine.
  • You will work closely with internal departments such as sales and production, as well as with our customers and external partners.
  • To maintain our position as a technology leader, you will contribute your ideas to the further development of our equipment and machines and oversee experiments.

Your qualifications

  • You have completed a technical training program, a degree in a technical field, or have a comparable qualification.
  • You have good knowledge of CAD design, ideally with Inventor. Openness to learning new programs will facilitate your integration into the team.
