Principal Responsibilities and Duties:


  • Basic accounts duties.
  • Speaking with International Clients to obtain signed timesheets/work orders for accounts to be able to invoice;
  • Keeping purchase order logs and trackers up to date and distribute them to relevant clients on a weekly basis.
  • Processing inspector's invoices and timesheets in a timely manner
  • Processing client's invoices
  • Ensuring all travel and expenses are billed correctly.
  • Updating and issuing individual client PO trackers/ PO pending spreadsheets.
  • Credit control.
  • Weekly reports for Aged debt and PO Pending.
  • Sage data entry and accounts systems management.

Must have Skills:


  • Must have at least 2 years of handson accounting experience.
  • Has the ability to manage large workloads and work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Computer Literate — working knowledge of all Microsoft packages: particularly proficient in creating and manipulating Excel spreadsheets to support data analysis.
  • Has experience in using accounts systems.
  • Work within strict deadlines to complete & prioritise allocated tasks with mínimal supervision.
