Description
We are currently seeking several Technical Drafters / Detail Designers in Hamburg for exciting projects in mechanical engineering.
Your responsibilities as a Technical Drafter / Detail Designer (m/f/d) will include:
- Creating and modifying technical drawings and detail designs (individual parts and assemblies) in an experienced development team for special mechanical engineering
- Coordinating with engineers and designers on detail specifications regarding manufacturing processes, tolerances, and surface finishes
- Deriving production-ready 2D drawings from 3D models
- Performing drawing changes including data maintenance in the PDM system
- Creating and modifying parts lists
Your profile:
- Completed training as a Technical Drafter / Technical Product Designer in the field of mechanical engineering
- Professional experience in a mechanical engineering company is advantageous, but motivated beginners are also welcome
- Good knowledge of machining processes, such as turning and milling, and the resulting requirements for technical drawings
- Good user knowledge in at least one 3D CAD system
- Ideally, knowledge of a PDM system
- Good German skills and preferably also English skills
- Independent, dedicated
