Job Summary

Responsibilities and Duties

Operations

• Communicate with Account Managers, Vice President, Billing and other personnel of needs and concerns.
• Maintain vehicles and equipment in good operating and clean condition, including trailers and spray rigs
• Maintain related logs and other compliance documents
• Spray weeds, grass, and brush on commercial properties
• Responsible for your daily routing and scheduling
• Responsible for mixing chemicals and fertilizer per label
• Calibrate all spray equipment
• Make sure all work is conducted in compliance with strict safety guidelines
• Responsible for attending meetings and all daily/weekly record keeping.

Service

• Handle client complaints, as assigned
• Report any potential liability immediately

Technical

• Full understanding of weed, grass, and brush types
• Complete understanding of chemicals used, what they control and all safety requirements
• Full understanding of measurements and calibration

Qualifications and Skills

Minimum Requirements
As a minimum, this position requires the following License and Certifications:

• State of Arizona Pesticide Applicator License
• A valid driver license and clean driving record
• Ability to manage daily projects according to contract and budget
• Strong attention to detail with customer service experience

Other
Monthly bonus incentive if you have a QP License.
