Description

Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a Program Manager to join their hybrid team in Enon, Ohio In addition to educational qualifications, applicants should have experience in IT project planning and be comfortable adhering to strict deadlines.

Duties:

Responsible for establishing governance for managing and providing direction for infrastructure programs of varying size and complexity from initiation through completion across cross-functional project teams
Liaise between business stakeholders and the IT department, balancing business needs with hardware capacity and supporting seamless integration
Review all project requirements and determine scheduling, budgeting, and resource needs
Ensure the scope of work is well-defined and consider the integration of systems to ensure a seamless deployment

Desired Skills/Experience:

10+ years of IT Project management experience
5+ years of IT Infrastructure Project management
PMP certification
Program management experience and knowledge of concepts and practices
Experience in Network and Network security is a MUST
Experience in creating reporting and delivering status updates at an executive level is a MUST
Experience in guiding senior project managers to deliver overall program deliverables on-time, on-budget, within program scope
Experience coordinating cross functional Infrastructure teams as well as Network Security teams
Ability to lead, manage, coordinate, plan and deliver projects on-time, on-budget, on-scope with high quality
