Pay Range:
$156,300 - $203,200 annually

Job Summary:
This position will also be responsible for creating, evaluating, and gaining alignment on long-term strategy roadmaps and business cases to drive strategic IT innovation and digital transformation in coordination with key stakeholders and cross functional IT projects, service delivery teams inside/outside the organization such as Hyundai Motor Group companies and external suppliers.
Essential Functions:
- Managing external suppliers and consulting resources as required to ensure transformational program success
- Making decisions that are significant in impact, influencing overall program or project success, finances, and/or the ability to meet objectives
- Utilize strong negotiation, influence, and communication skills to relay information to large groups or highlevel constituents
- Financial accountabilities (e.g., manages budget, has input into Profit & Loss Statement).
- Exercising substantial creativity, innovate new processes, procedures, working products within guidelines to achieve established objectives
Essential Functions (Continued):
- Overseeing the development of requirements for process or system solutions spanning multiple business domains by consulting with stakeholders and directing inhouse IT team and outsourcing IT teams and contractors
- Encouraging partnerships between IT operations teams, Program and/or Project Managers, and other business stakeholders to drive workforce planning efforts
- Allocating workload among team members and managers
- Overseeing and taking accountability for the solution design process by ensuring solutions that are aligned with business strategies and operational workflow and establishes budgets and vendor servicelevel agreements
- Developing, coaching, and mentoring and development of team members
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Business, Math, Engineering, or Computer Science
- 12 years of experience in IT service, development, project management, IT operations team management, or IT consulting
- 3 years of experience in a role requiring interaction with senior leadership (e.g., Director level or team lead)
- Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders at leadership level
Preferred Education and Experience Requirements:
- Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering

Travel Requirements:
- UP to 20%
