Description

Job specific duties include but are not limited to:

Welcoming residents and guests
Removing trash/recyclables
General cleaning and maintenance of interior and exterior of property
Preparing apartments for occupancy
Knowledge of tools and cleaning solutions
Assisting residents as needed

Basic Responsibilities:

Comply with company policies, practices and procedures.
Represent company as a professional in appearance and manner.
Communicate written and oral communication at the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
Perform quality and quantity duties as expected for position.
Complete company required training courses as assigned.

Basic Requirements:

High School diploma or GED
Able to read and observe surroundings.
Able to physically perform duties at the speed, mobility and force necessary.
Execute tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
Perform responsibilities with honesty and integrity.
Maintain a professional level of stress tolerance.
Possess ability to adapt to changing environment.
