Experienced and enthusiastic LCPCs or LCSWs wanted to join our thriving private psychotherapy practice in Palos Heights, IL, Memphis, TN, Oxford, MS, Corinth, MS, and Southaven, MS:

We are looking for clinicians that desire to hone their therapeutic skills in a team orientated practice in order to create health and balance in our clientele.

A minimum of 3 years of post
- graduate experience preferred. Clinicians that have experience working in the private practice sector and are already paneled with major insurance companies (e.g., BC/BS) is a plus.
We are seeking clinicians that desire to inspire couples and families to have healthy and thriving relationships. We prefer therapists that have post graduate training in Gottman's marital therapy, Imago therapy, or similar couples/marital approaches. Services would include couples, family, and possible group therapy or skills training groups.
We are also wanting to attract clinicians that are interested in specializing in trauma, PTSD, and anxiety disorders. Prefer clinicians with training in EMDR, hypnosis, EFT, and other somatosensory training (e.g., art, body centered, etc.).

To round out our practice, we would like to add at CADC in order to address dual diagnosis and addictions issues of all types.

Our practice is dedicated to the overall health and well-being of our clientele.

We provide our clinicians with group supervision, one-on-one monthly consultation, full service billing and collections, part-time front desk reception, and office space 7 days a week.

Each therapist maintains their own scheduling. We provide marketing and leadership training for our staff to ensure the highest level of referrals possible. We also provide a percentage of cases for clinicians to service from calls entering the practice at large. Incentive programs available for referral sources brought into the practice.

Ideal team members must be willing to market their clinical specialty areas and skills, as well as the practice at large.
