Your areas of responsibility:
- HACCP-compliant preparation and provision of food and beverages.
- Planning and organization of food production.
- Visually appealing presentation and garnishing of dishes.
- Goods receipt and storage.
- Ensuring proper disposal of food waste and unused food.
- Supervising assigned kitchen staff.
- Regular inspection of all kitchen equipment.
What you should bring:
- Completed training as a cook.
- Professional experience in communal catering.
- Knowledge of MS Office.
- Interest in a wide range of dishes (HACCP-compliant).
- Enjoyment of teamwork.
