RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee all aspects of the agency's operations, including staffing, scheduling, payroll processing, billing, and accounting.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations governing home care agencies.
Manage the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding process for new employees, ensuring that all staff members are properly trained and qualified to provide care to our clients.
Provide leadership and guidance to the agency's management team, fostering a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and accountability.
Monitor and analyze agency performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
Collaborate with other members of the leadership team to develop strategic plans and initiatives to drive business growth and achieve organizational objectives.
Ensure that the agency maintains compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards related to home care and home health care services.
Oversee the agency's financial management functions, including budgeting, financial reporting, and accounts payable/receivable.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field preferred
Minimum of 23 years of experience in a leadership role within the home care or home health care industry.
Strong knowledge of payroll processing, hiring practices, human resources management, and accounting principles.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems preferred.
Certification in home care or home health care management preferred.
