Work with business and technical teams to understand user requirements, procedures and problems in order to perform software testing and propose Technical Test Level assessments & testing solutions.

Implement and support testing tool to generate and send customized reports to senior management team on a regular basis.
Work on test plan, test strategies, test scenarios, and test steps based on business and system use cases.
Prepare test strategy including Performance Benchmarking, Capacity Planning, Infrastructure Optimization, Performance problem diagnostics.
Debug queries on testing environment and perform E2E testing functionality.
Test, track and drive defect closures and generate defect tracking reports.
Support software testing on applications pertaining to NGL (Natural Language Generation), and ML (Machine Learning).

Work on the production usage/logs and identify potential bottleneck and recommend tuning parameters within network, Webservers, Appserver & Database servers.

Ensure adherence to SEI/CMM/ISO certified quality norms and process.

Qualification:
-

Must have Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology Management, or a related field and 1 year of experience in the job offered or in the alternate occupation as a QA Engineer.

Experience in the alternate occupation must include 1 year in performing software testing on applications pertaining to NGL (Natural Language Generation), ML (Machine Learning) and E2E testing functionality.

Must have experience in test planning, test strategies, test scenarios, and test steps.

In lieu of Master's degree + 1 year experience, employer will accept Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in the above mentioned field of study and 5 years of post-baccalaureate progressive experience as a QA Engineer or any suitable combination of education, experience or training.
