Overview:
Duties:
- Assist individuals with daily activities and personal care tasks
- Provide direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities
- Administer medications as needed
- Implement behavior management techniques
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Uphold resident rights and dignity
- Maintain accurate documentation and recordkeeping
- Support individuals in achieving their goals and independence
Qualifications:
- Experience in care, hospice care, nursing, or related fields
- Familiarity with direct support practices
- Proficient in medication administration
- Knowledge of systems and procedures related to caregiving
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and resident rights
- Ability to manage behaviors effectively
Job Types:

$ $13.00 per hour
